Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, phone number, optional email, area, service interest, timeline, property address if provided, message, originating page, and consent to request-related contact. Inquiries are directed to realtor@altusrealestateagent.com and may be stored for follow-up and delivery tracking.
How inquiries are used
Will and the people assisting with the requested real estate services use your information to respond and coordinate next steps. The cash-inquiry option may be shared with William Baker for investor follow-up. Submitting a form does not establish an agency relationship or enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Website operation and external services
The contact service uses a session or temporary token and limited technical information to help prevent abuse. Interactive maps request map tiles from OpenStreetMap, whose servers receive ordinary connection information. External resources and listing websites operate under their own privacy policies. Calculator inputs and checklist choices stay in the open page and are not submitted through the contact form unless you choose to include them.
Your choices
Call or email instead of using the form. Contact realtor@altusrealestateagent.com to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or stop request-related follow-up. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, identity documents, or loan files through this website.
